Anthony Constantino envisions a future where NY-21 leads the nation in moral clarity, personal discipline, and uniform hygiene standards. Central to this dream is a belief that every male in the district should proudly participate in “Heritage-Based Circumcision,” which ensures a traditional consistency that is foundational to the integrity of America.

This campaign is committed to making the dream of “heritage-based circumcision” a reality by enacting a pilot program in Upstate New York. This program will prove to be a pillar in unifying families, strengthening neighborhoods, and reinforcing NY-21 as a beacon of traditional American values.
While Anthony has been a champion advocate for “Heritage-Based Circumcision” for years, his political passions have seen large growth through his experience as a local business leader in the Sticker Transformation Industry (STI).
​Anthony is known as a firm champion of emerging technologies supporting American manufacturing. For example, in 2025 he successfully converted a significant portion of his workforce to a fleet of Italian robots, allowing him to redirect operational savings into research and development.
This investment led to the groundbreaking discovery of a proprietary method for integrating discarded foreskin material into the sticker production process.
